What Now?

Yes. Can I help you? I'm afraid we don't take back used verse.

Once a bit of verse has been used it sort of loses a bit of its cohesion. Very nasty, seeing old bits of verse, slowly sliding into decreptitude. A dog end hanging out of the side of its metre, and empty cider bottle by its rhyme. Sad, but true, there is no second hand market for used verse and no refunds.

Free is free and, no matter how you look at it (sideways in my case!), the refund for free is nada, nix, nothing .. get my drift here? What's the worst that could have happened? Did you waste a smile that you were saving for a special ocassion? Made someone else feel good and want the feeling back?

Sorry, the verse comes without any guarantees. No liability against the author for any misuse of spare verbiage, once it leaves the premises it is used, spent and disapated.

All questions remain unanswered and most answers go unquestioned. This is life, live with it. But .......
